Omni-channel is one of the right media methods. Omni-channel is a networking platform, both online and offline, carried out by clients of interconnected enterprises. Some firms use multiple Omni-channel marketing tactics that would boost the purchasing demand for a brand's goods. The profits of products sold by the company are influenced by consumer buying interest. Similarly, the purchasing appetite of customers in this trend grows with fashion items that are gradually evolving. The literature review is carried out by writing the keyword "Omni-channel" for journals retrieved from the source, namely Google Scholar so that eight journals are screened after and according to this report. Omni-channel will raise customer purchasing interest, especially in fashion goods currently evolving rapidly, based on the eight journals received. More businesses can enhance the level of service and sell these fashion products better and broaden the reach of marketing. Omni-channel marketing, particularly for fashion goods, affects customer purchasing desire, which is currently growing, especially with the number of designers producing different contemporary fashion models.
Favian Firwan Andri Ardhiyansyah Copyright (c) 2023 Favian Firwan, Andri Ardhiyansyah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-11-07 2023-11-07 1 1 01 09 10.58812/asemb.v1i1.1 The Nexus of Compensation and Work Motivation: Impact on Employee Performance within Organizations https://asj.eastasouth-institute.com/index.php/epeb/article/view/2
This literature review aims to examine the impact of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The primary focus of our research centers on profit growth as the dependent variable, with independent variables including the current ratio, debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and total asset turnover (TATO). Our analysis was conducted on a dataset comprising 26 manufacturing companies within the food and beverage sub-sector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Among these, we selected a sample of five companies over the period spanning 2017 to 2019. Utilizing various statistical tests such as classical assumption testing, linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests through SPSS, we found that only the debt-to-equity ratio (DER) demonstrated a significant influence on profit growth, as indicated by a significance level below 0.05. Conversely, the current ratio (CR) and total asset turnover (TATO) were found to have no significant impact on profit growth within these companies.
Yana Priyana Copyright (c) 2023 Yana Priyana, Supriandi Supriandi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2023-11-07 2023-11-07 1 1 17 28 10.58812/asemb.v1i1.5 Training and Human Resource Management Strategies to Promote MSME Growth in Sukabumi https://asj.eastasouth-institute.com/index.php/epeb/article/view/3
Training is often regarded as the most common employee performance activity, including in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Utilizing a descriptive analysis approach, data was collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to MSME managers across various sectors, supplemented by government reports and industry publications. The findings reveal a significant shift towards digital technology adoption and diversification of products and services as predominant strategies for coping with the pandemic's challenges. Approximately 78% of respondents reported an increased use of digital platforms, highlighting a crucial pivot to digital operations. Additionally, 62% of MSMEs diversified their offerings, reflecting adaptive business practices. While government support was widely accessed, its effectiveness received mixed reviews due to procedural complexities and delayed fund disbursement. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative data from surveys conducted with MSMEs across various provinces in Indonesia and qualitative data from interviews with key stakeholders, including policymakers, MSME owners, and industry experts. The findings reveal that while government policies have facilitated improved access to financing—leading to notable growth in revenue—these interventions have had limited impact on expanding market access and fostering innovation among MSMEs. The study also identifies bureaucratic inefficiencies and complex application processes as significant barriers that hinder the effective implementation of government support programs. Based on these insights, the research suggests the need for policy reforms focused on simplifying procedures, tailoring support to specific industry needs, and enhancing transparency and accessibility of information.
