- Preface
Table of Contents
Conference organizers must sort the manuscript on the table of contents that is based on the alphabetical order of the names of authors. All titles must be put in bold with an article number consisting of 5 digits. For instance, the first article that appears on the proceeding will be assigned article number 00001. Please refer to the example in the Table of Contents below:
Preface
In this section, the preface must include some information regarding the conference itself such as the organizers and the participants, which elaborated more by mentioning their affiliated institutions, country of origins, and affiliated scholarly publishers. It should be noted that although the conference name may be treated as an umbrella event that accommodates a variety of scholarly manuscripts under the field of health, conference organizers must elaborate the contents of each manuscript in 160 characters which excludes the title itself. Therefore, it will allow readers to get a glimpse of the aim of the conference itself. This preface functions as an interest-grabbing introduction that can possibly propel readers to further explore the Proceedings of Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB). In brief, it is to the merit of each conference organizer to write their own preface depending on their preference and style.

All files have to be sent in a single file archive (both .zip and .rar extension is accepted). Since the approximate file combination may exceed the allocated attachment space on most email providers, thus it is recommended for all organizers to upload them to a cloud service through FileTransfer.io.

Plagiarism
Proper credit must be expressed by quoting or using the work of other scholars by citing them and enlisting their works in the reference section. The style of citation may vary from series to series. The verbatim quotation is strongly discouraged as it can be easily detected through similar software such as Turnitin. A better quotation should contain a piece of the idea embodied in a specific work or a simple paraphrase and be composed in a thoughtful and interpretative manner.
Quoting from community-based sources is also discouraged as their authorships can be challenged and do not reflect authenticity. Community-based means anyone can contribute and change existing entries. Thus, they are prone to fabrication. This is the case in Wikipedia, forums, and the like. The Proceedings of Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB) can do this type of source if only the author specifically mentions its source and they wish to faithfully quote the community-based sources.
Proceedings of the Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB) utilize Turnitin as part of the preliminary assessment before publication. The way they work is that it will scan for similarity by cross-checking the worldwide web database of any written source that has ever been published. The similarity index rate will assist in the editing process at the Proceedings of Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB) and determine whether a manuscript may contain a potential plagiarism act.

The aim of this frequent correspondence is certainly to produce high-quality ethical, accurate, and relevant proceedings to the merit set by conference organizers and the Proceedings of Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB).
In the decision-making process, the Conference editorial committee must be free from any bias or anything that entails self-interest sentiment.
Thus, candidness among conference editorial committees means overseeing and accommodating relay communication between authors of proceedings to the Proceedings of Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB) editorial team. They must assure authors that requirements before and after submission are to be fulfilled. This also means that supplementary yet essential details (if any) on proceeding manuscripts must be included, such as acknowledgement of the source of funding, declaration of authors that indicates sensitive issues regarding the experiment, the proper listing of sources, instruments, or affiliated people that help during the process of research, and/or confidentiality agreement.
Should there be corrections or retractions made in the aftermath of the Proceedings of Eastasouth Proceeding of Economics and Business (EPEB), the corresponding author must consult or notify their concern to their conference organizers. Relay communication must be maintained even under specific circumstances.
