Hybrid learning combines the advantages of online and face-to-face learning. While it provides many benefits, the main challenges are equitable access to technology and the development of appropriate learning strategies. It is important for educational institutions and governments to ensure all students have adequate access to electronic devices and stable internet connections. Educators need to integrate online and face-to-face learning materials harmoniously. Collaboration between educators, students and parents is important for the success of hybrid learning, which can be a strong foundation for developing students' skills in adapting to technology and maintaining social and emotional interactions that are important in education.
